Jon is a contact centre strategist, wellbeing expert and award-winning corporate trainer. With over
24 years of experience working with some of the country’s largest organisations such as Aviva, BT
and most recently Openreach.
His vast skill set includes, leadership and management, high level escalation complaints
management. Conflict resolution, business to business sales, business to customer sales, train the
trainer, learning development and design, customer service training, wellbeing strategies, executive
level coaching and much more.

Kevin has over 24 years’ experience in the military, serving on Operations in Kuwait, Iraq and
Afghanistan, along with other deployments to Canada, Oman and Germany. Leading a 4-man team
from the age of 21 to leading large groups of up to 500 soldiers. Providing coaching and mentoring
services throughout, including Instructing at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate. Unlocking
people’s potential has always been Kevin’s passion, allowing people to develop and grow into future
leaders required for military success.
